About
This website was created to make a central 'directory' for all of the websites associated with the Poppy Line. As different groups and organisations within the railway created their own space on the web, it was thought necessary to bring them together, so www.poppyline.co.uk was created for that purpose.
Using the site
Websites listed on this site fall into two categories, 'Official' and 'Friends'. Official contains all the websites directly linked to the Poppy Line, including clubs, societies and locomotive owning groups based at the railway. The Friends page includes sites maintained by people that visit the railway.
Becoming a 'Friend'
If you have a website that features the Poppy Line, and you think that it would be of interest to people that would like to see or know more about the railway, then e-mail the webmaster. If approved your site will be added to the friends page. Your site has to be updated on a regular basis, and you must agree to place the www.poppyline.co.uk logo somewhere on your site.
